Storyline: When a Yakuza bestud named Anjo disappears with 300 the great body of the people yen, his chief henchman, a sadomasochistic person named Kakihara, and the rest of his riff-raff goons go looking for him. One by one Ichi takes out members of the Yakuza and quite the while Kakihara intensifies his pursuit of Ichi and Ichi's controller Jijii. What desire happen as the final showdown happens between the tortured and ultra-violent Ichi and the anguish-craving Kakihara?
